Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here’s how our return process works:

General Returns

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return, with no need to provide a reason. Simply contact us, and we’ll coordinate with the courier to arrange the return.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Unless the product is faulty.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: If you cancel before the order has shipped, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: If you cancel after dispatch, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Additional fees may apply.

Return Conditions

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personal hygiene items, such as mattresses and changing mats cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
  • Unfit for Resale: Items not in saleable condition will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Assembly and Product Information

  • Before Assembly: Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and colours carefully before assembly. Assembled items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges. 
  • Premium Delivery: Premium delivery fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Defects

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice damage, sign for the items with the courier and note any visible issues.
  • Reporting Damages: Email clear photos of any damage to info@babystoreuk.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you believe there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. If the supplier confirms a fault, we’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. If no fault is found, collection and delivery fees will apply, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.

Packaging for Returns

  • Proper Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged securely for return. Any damage incurred during return shipping may result in the item being sent back to you without a refund or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@babystoreuk.com with the following information:

  • Your name, order number, address, contact information, and purchase date
  • The date you received the goods
  • Which items you wish to return (if you ordered multiple items)

Once approved, please ensure your items are securely packaged, especially if they are delicate. We recommend insuring your return shipment to cover any potential damages during transit.
