Delivery

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorize your card, but no charges will be applied at this stage. We will then verify with our warehouse or suppliers that the product you purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. In the event of any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you immediately.

Order Delivery:

Once your order is placed and stock availability is confirmed, we’ll process your payment and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, using the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery methods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times typically range from 1-3 working days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on the supplier. Please note that Boori products may take up to 7 working days due to the size and weight of certain items.

For deliveries of large or heavy items, please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property, and redelivery fees may apply if no one is available to receive the order.

FREE DELIVERY on orders £100 and over to UK mainland addresses.

£10 Delivery cost for orders under £100  to UK mainland addresses.  

There will be a surcharge for non mainland UK deliveries this may depend on weight and or area of delivery.
